PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the buyer and not Greywolf Security to ascertain and obey all the applicable laws in regard to the possession and use of our products. Absolutely no sales to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that all products purchased will be used in a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age.

All orders are usually shipped within 3 business days of receipt of order via UPS. If we are unable to ship within 5 business days, you will be notified by e-mail. ALL orders must have a physical address as UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Orders totaling less than $100.00: $8.95
Oders totaling $100.00 or more: FREE

Return Policy:

With the exception of Videos, DVDs, Hidden Cameras and Video Surveillance systems, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. We do not refund shipping and handling costs and the customer pays for return shipping. IMPORTANT! Returned products must be in resaleable condition and must include original packaging, accessories and any included literature. If anything included with the order is lost or damaged, no refund or store credit will be issued.

If you need to return an order, please note the following:

Please contact us at returns@greywolf-security.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Provide your name, order date, order number, what you want to return, the reason for return and a daytime phone number. The RMA must be on your return shipping label, otherwise, your package may be refused and returned to you.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. All returns postmarked later will be eligible for exchange only.

Exchanges:

All exchanges will incur a shipping charge of $8.95 EXCEPT for the following reasons:
1) Exchange due to manufacturers defect and
2) due to damage incurred during shipping.

Hidden Cameras and Video Surveillance Equipment:

These are special order items and are NOT subject to cancellation or return. Returns will only be accepted due to manufacturers defect or damage incurred during shipping. In this situation, the product will be repaired or replaced and shipped back to the customer. Requests for an RMA must be received within 5 DAYS of receipt of product. All other conditions pertaining to returns apply. Returns must be authorized prior to shipment.

Videos and DVDs:

Due to the fact that video tapes and DVDs can be copied, there will be no refunds given for returned videos and DVDs.
